We've all been there: strapped for cash, looking at our gear to see what will fetch some needed dough. It's important to know what you have though, a lesson this poor guy, recently highlighted on the TV show Pawn Stars, learned. This character tried to snag $500 for a pair of "O.G. Air Jordan V's" that his friend gave him. Some friend—after the pawn shop's resident sneaker enthusiast Chumlee took a quick look, he came to the conclusion a lot of us already knew. These aren't 1990 O.G.s, these are the AJ V "Raging Bull" from 2009. They're still dope, but not for $500. Lolzers. [Underground Soles]

Marketing stunt by Jordan Brand... ' how you know they not from 1990? ' we allllllllll know you can just look at the size tag, it tells you the production date. Definitely a scripted segment

"I thought they were real". They ARE real, just not 1990 real. Good marketing though and way to get a rise out of the viewers.
