The III is my favorite sneaker of all time too. Such a classic, exclusive yet understated shoe that you can rock with basically any outfit and make that fit 10 times fresher. I rock my Black/Cement CDP's and my 2009 True Blues on the regular. For more old school references, KRS One rocked the Black/Cement III's in the "My Philosophy" video and Mark Curry rocked the True Blues in Too $hort's "I Ain't Trippin" (circa 1989) video.
Zaaactly. I watch the reruns just for that. I remember when the show was running and seeing bits and pieces and sometimes Dwayne Wayne would kick his feet up just to show em. Like he blatantly did in Skool dayz, cleaning the '87s with a toothbrush. It was then when I realized it was ok to take the cleaning to such a level. Classic material.
Dwayne Wayne's kicks were always dope......i remember tha first time i saw him wit tha Bo Jackson "Medicine Balls".......and he always rocked em freshhhhhh,,,,SneakerHead since 86' and I'm out!!!!>>>>>>Luv Chicks in Kicks
True villain is absoulety right Dwayne & Ron would wear jordans on almost every episode. But I think the cool grey 3 is the best, one of my personal favorites!!
I dont understand the Fred Savage deal...The Wonder Years was a show based in the late 60's...no way could they have fucked that up...that was from a movie!!!
