K-Swiss has invested some money into its advertising lately, going in on both ends of the consumer spectrum to get you to buy into its heritage product. For its new fitness running shoe, the Tubes Run 100, the California brand hired Eastbound & Down star Kenny Powers (a.k.a. Danny McBride) to sell "the shit out of it." For the more lifestyle, classic product, K-Swiss went for similar energy on the other end of the influence graph, using "Crazy Dave" Dave Ortiz (not Big Papi) to shill for its Vintage CA line.
