"Celux was a store in Tokyo that is no longer open, but it was LVMH group's pinnacle account. It was a members-only store, and you had to pay an annual membership fee and spend a certain amount each month in order to maintain your membership. What was cool was that the store carried the entire line of product across the LVMH family of brands. Staple Design, at the time, consulted for Celux, so our job was to find cool things to offer to their members. We were also working with Nike on some stuff and this is when NikeiD just launched so the idea was to create a special iD package just for the Celux members. We did this all patent leather, all white-on-white, really beautiful Air Force 1. It also had the Celux embroidery on the heel in gold. There were only 70 pairs made only for the members, so you'll probably never see anyone rocking these unless you know one of these uber-rich dudes that was a member of this club. The white-on-white AF1 really should be here in the Top 5, but this is essentially the same thing with more necksnapping effect."
