Some ideas don't work out so well (ahem vintage running shoes) others, are genius. Take making the ever-popular Chuck Taylor into functional skate sneaker. Converse nailed it with their new skate line with this CTS model being the standout. Comfort-wise expect a thicker tongue, and a sole that's a bit more padded than the extremely flat original CT.
