It's been the winter of snow in New York City. Every time it seems like it's receding, good ol' momma Nature dumps another couple inches, starting the ritual dance of salt and plows and shovels all over again. Face it, it's only early February, and at this rate the snow could continue into April. So pump up the tires, pile on the layers, clip on the blinky lights and get out there. Here's Why You Should Suck it Up and Ride a Bike in the Snow in NYC.
