In this week's episode of people caught on drugs on tape, we have a gentleman that is swimming like a frog on top of his car right in the middle of a huge hail storm. We're not really sure he's on drugs, but we refuse to believe that he was trying to protect his car from the hail, which appear to be about quarter-size. Maybe he's afraid of swimming, and this is his first step toward getting into a pool?
