The 2014 Toyota Tundra: A Little Less Rounded, a Little More American

The 2014 Toyota Tundra rumbled into Chicago, debuting a refreshed model for the first time since this second generation was launched back in 2007. The truck is slightly more angular, less rounded, has a bit bolder grille, and has a redesigned interior. Toyota calls it chiseled. The public calls it more American. Which makes sense, as Toyota is trying to break more and more into Ford F-150 and Chevrolet Silverado sales. The truck is also engineered, designed, and assembled in the U.S.

The truck will now have a back-up camera, a high-trim model, and blind-spot monitor. The engine options will remain the same, with a 4.0-liter V6s, 4.6-liter V8s, and 5.7-liter V8s available. Although the prices haven't been announced, sales will begin in September.
