While we might be winning on the quantity front, the furthest travelling extraterrestrial vehicle is Russian. I think we need to build a lunar IndyCar just to show them what's up. Perhaps in a few decades we might be able to watch the 24 Hours of the Moon. Downforce would be hard to come by.
