Morgan is Working on an Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy Chassis

Morgan, the small British automaker known mostly for last having updated its styling in the '30s and still building everything by hand, is working on something decidedly more high-tech, according to this interview with the company's director; Morgan is working on an aluminum-magnesium alloy for chassis building that would be just as stiff as regular aluminum, but would reduce weight by 20-30%.

Hopefully this pans out, as we would love to see Morgans with even greater performance.
