Spotted: Dr. Dre Tools Around on a Scooter in Saint-Tropez

Instead of celebrating Independence Day in America like the rest of us, Dr. Dre was busy in Saint-Tropez, France going the speed limit on his nifty scooter. Complete with a giant white helmet, Dre was driving a Kymco Super 8 50 2T, which retails for about $2,099.00. The 50 2T runs on a 49cc 2-Stroke Engine with a CVT transmission. We're just a little surprised he wasn't rockin' on one of these.
