Our friends down at Last Rights Inc. have crafted a new design just in time for their hometown team to head to the NBA Finals. Always reppin’ the 305, the Last Rights team was inspired by a nomadic motorcycle gang they met on the road. After a night of what sounds like the classic campfire scene from Easy Rider, the “Storm Rider” T-shirt design was born.
“This design is not just for sports fans, but for those who love and are willing to fight for the integrity and true values of the people in the city of Miami," the Last Rights crew said in a press release. "Being forced into a system and coerced into placing importance on what society is forcing down your throat is the opposite of freedom, that means war. These men and women ride with, and for their family or team every single day … These patches on our backs symbolize unity, family, and the gaul to stand side by side and fight for what’s ours.”
Beginning tonight at Chesapeake Energy Arena, we'll see whether that mentality runs deeper within Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, and the Oklahoma City Thunder or LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, and the Miami Heat.
