Amanda Bynes has officially stated that she is not guilty (through her lawyer) in her DUI case in which she was accused of sideswiping a police officer and refusing to take a breathalyzer. She took to Twitter in May, saying that she doesn't drink, doesn't hit people, and never had a DUI. She returned with her first tweet since then with a plea yesterday to the @BarackObama account, asking him to fire the cop who arrested her. The pretrial has been set for July 18th.
