The International Motor Press Association (IMPA) doesn’t sound too sexy. But we recently assembled with our brothers and sisters from IMPA for the chance to drive 120 of the hottest cars. The event is called Test Days, and it takes place every year, a meet and greet for carmakers and automotive journalists. We drove on city streets, off-road, and around a state-of-the-art four-mile track. The event took place at the Monticello Motor Club in Monticello, N.Y., a country club for the driving enthusiast. Club members—including Jeff Gordon and Jerry Seinfeld—have an average net worth of $41 million. We don’t. But after hopping from car to car for immediate comparison, we started to feel like we did.
