How is Mellow Johnny's (Austin, TX) not on this list?! http://www.mellowjohnnys.com/

Mellow Johnny's isn't on the list because it's a vanity project owned by a doped. It's not even the best shop in Austin.

What was the criteria for this ranking? There seems to be no real rating system to actually make the statement that these are the "top 10". Just sayin'

Hey Danny, next time you want to talk to an industry insider, give me a call and I'll help you find one. You clearly didn't this time. Not only has the sport NOT "spiked in popularity," sales in real dollars are down from 10 and 20 years ago.

Not true. These figures are in units. Dollars per unit are up with price inflation, especially over the last 7-8 years. http://nbda.com/articles/industry-overview-2010-pg34.htm
