The U.S. Air Force Wants To Spend $23 Billion On This Plane

The U.S. Air Force wants to upgrade its current U-2 spy planes to what U.S. officials have dubbed "The Escalade" of spy drones. The Global Hawk is a $218 million surveillance plane that's soon to replace the current U-2 spy drone.
