First Birdman bought Weezy a Bugatti Veyron for his birthday, and now Birdman Jr. has returned the favor by copping his pops the all-new Maybach 62S Landaulet. In the above video the Cash Money Records boss takes you on a tour of the $1.35 million, drop-top luxury cruiser. If you were hoping to learn a little about the car, you're going to come away a little disappointed as the only thing Baby says about the car is: "That's $1.5 million sitting on skinny tires." So what's so special about the car?
The Lanaulet, which was unveiled at the Middle East International Auto Show in 2007, rests at the top of Maybach's model line. Meant to be a limo for those with exceptionally deep pockets, the car separates the driver and the passengers with a removable divider. The driver's area is detailed in black leather while the backseats are swathed in white leather and gold accents. Then there's the roof. The passengers have control of a sliding soft-top roof that can quickly fall to the back to give those in the back an unobstructed view of the sky.
We can't wait to see what Tunechi gets him next year.

its a god awfully ugly car and it looks really quite tacky. Doesnt help when Birdmans maths seem completely retarded. 1.35 rounded to 1.5 isnt so bad but when he says its basically 2 thats just silly. cos 1.5 is 1.5 and 1.5 is actually 1.35 so how can that be 2!!!!!

First of all, whoever wrote this blog about lil Wayne buying this maybach for birdman needs to get their facts straight. Birdman won a superbowl bet of 1 million dollars. He bet on lil wayne's favourite team which is Green Bay Packers who won super bowl this year. With the money from his winnings, he added another half a million to buy his new maybach. He was thanking lil wayne for picking the winning team not for buying him the car.
