Brandon Thomas Lee, the oldest son of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee, is the latest to join the cast of the upcoming revival of MTV's existentially challenging The Hills.

Lee will join the previously confirmed Mischa Barton and an assortment of familiar faces in The Hills: New Beginnings, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Lee and Barton's confirmed fellow cast members include Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag, Audrina Patridge, Stephanie Pratt, Jason Wahler, Whitney Port, Brody Jenner, Justin Bobby Brescia, and Frankie Delgado.

MTV gave the new series the go-ahead back in August, sharing the news alongside a quick teaser.

"I really wanted both [Lauren Conrad] and Kristin [Kristin Cavallari] to come back because the show was pretty much based on the two of them," Port toldCosmopolitan of the new series last month. "I feel like it would have been so great to have everybody involved. But people go in different directions, and we're older now, so I understand not wanting to be on TV anymore. I was definitely disappointed." The series is set for a 2019 debut.

MTV has been banking on revival series in recent years, including the recently-in-the-news production of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. Cast member Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino received an eight-month prison sentence and two years of supervised release earlier this month in connection tax evasion charges. At federal court in Newark, Sorrentino was supported by multiple fellow Jersey Shore alumni.
