There are few women who can guide a sex tape scandal into one of the most successful careers of all time. Kris Jenner is one of those women. It’s long been known that Kris is the mastermind behind her large family’s outrageous success, and it seems like her daughters’ beaus are taking note. Kanye West and Travis Scott are now reportedly receiving Kris’s momagerial guidance.

Sources have told Page Six that Kris is the reason behind West’s recent departure from his longtime manager Izvor “Izzy” Zivkovic. Scott’s also decided to leave his management team. “They’ve been off and on for years,” the source said of West and Zivkovic. “But Kris is in [West’s] ears. Kanye’s been making changes and [he and Zivkovic] have grown apart—but Kris definitely gives her opinion and Kanye’s all ears. She’s about brand building and is gangster at it.”

There’s no doubt that Kris plays the role of manager well. On Keeping Up With The Kardashians viewers watch her organize Kourtney’s meetings, Kim’s perfume launches, and Kylie’s appearances. The Kardashians famously run almost all aspects of their many enterprises, so it’s no surprise that even baby daddy’s are being encouraged to keep things in the family. “She also told Travis Scott to fire Mark Gillespie,” the source said. “They are 100 percent part of that Kardashian-Jenner brand.” Scott left Gillespie’s Three Six Zero management last month.

Kris’ first project could be helping Kanye wrap up his latest album, which has led him to take up residence in Wyoming and work with the likes of Drake, Kid Cudi, Nas, and Mike Dean. He also fraternized with Rick Rubin over the three-day weekend. If a new album is imminent, then the momager turned rap manager could be working overtime very soon.
