The inherent fallacy of presumably miserable people going out of their way to criticize public figures on social media is that, by doing so, they're basically giving the subjects of their ire free publicity. Breakout Girls Trip star Tiffany Haddish decided to point this out to a number of Twitter haters Wednesday with hilarious results.

For reasons likely too annoying to be worth knowing, a small faction of detractors have been spreading Haddish slander across Twitter following her memorable Oscars appearance. While utilizing the pitch-perfect hashtags #blessyou and #blessyourheart, Haddish made not of these detractors' follower count and thanked them for the free promo.

Seeing the tweets for yourself is so much better than reading about them, so here:

Last month, we received great news involving Haddish and BoJack Horseman. Netflix gifted Tuca & Bertie, a new animated series created by BoJack producer/designer Lisa Hanawalt, with a 10-episode season 1 order. Haddish will voice Tuca, a 30-year-old toucan who lives in the same apartment complex as a songbird named Bertie. She's also listed as an executive producer.

Haddish also has her own deal with Netflix, earning praise and support from Mo'Nique, who started a boycott against the streaming platform last month over pay disparity.
