How far would you go to protect your family? Would you fight for them? Kill for them?

In MGM's new reimagining of the classic 1974 thriller Death Wish, Dr. Paul Kersey (Bruce Willis) finds himself wrestling with those very questions. As a gifted surgeon, Paul experiences his city’s extreme level of violence secondhand, as victims are rushed in and out of his O.R. with life-threatening injuries.

But that all changes when his wife (Elisabeth Shue) and daughter (Camila Morrone) are viciously attacked in their once tranquil suburban home. Paul realizes the violence that has always run parallel to his life is now crashing directly into it. The brutal acts committed against his family awaken something deep inside of Paul: a thirst for justice and revenge.

Paul takes to the streets to hunt down those who harmed his loved ones. Along the way, he confronts a number of criminals who quickly realize that he’s no ordinary doctor. As the unsolved slayings of criminals increase and start grabbing the media’s attention, a debate breaks out over whether this anonymous vigilante is a guardian angel or a vengeful criminal himself.

Directed by Eli Roth (Hostel) and written by Joe Carnahan (Narc), Death Wish hits theaters on Friday, March 2. For more info, check out the film’s official site, as well as its Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages. And be sure to peep the trailer above!
