Supermodel Chanel Iman and New York Giants wide receiver Sterling Shepard tied the knot on Saturday, March 3rd in a star-studded ceremony in Beverly Hills, California. The bridal party included Iman's fellow model and close friend Jourdan Dunn, as well as Giants player Odell Beckham Jr. Wedding guests included Chrissy Teigen, former Kardashian stylist Monica Rose, and Mark Birnbaum of the EMM group.
This wedding comes four months after Shepard popped the question to Iman on her 27th birthday with an intimate waterfront proposal. The former Victoria's Secret model posted a photo of herself in complete shock as Shepard placed the ring on her finger. “A night full of tears of happiness,” she captioned the photo. “I’m beyond excited to spend the rest of my life with you @sterl_shep3 you are my soulmate, my best friend, my everything! Can’t wait to be your Mrs.”
Shepard reposted the same photo on his page with the caption, "The catch of my dreams...can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you!"
The newlyweds first met at Victor Cruz’s birthday party in November 2016. The couple spoke with People last July about their love at first sight. “When I first met him, he was in a suit and looked so sharp,” Iman said behind the scenes at the photo shoot for New Era’s Official NFL Sideline Collection. Chiming in, Shepard agreed that they hit it off right away. “I walked up to her and bought her a drink and it was over after that,” he told the magazine.
Since confirming their relationship in January 2017, Iman and Shepard have appeared to be inseparable. The couple has shared photos from their various baecastions in Egypt, Morocco, the Bahamas, and the Maldives earlier in the year.
Prior to their relationship, Iman briefly dated rapper A$AP Rocky.
