The who-bit-Beyoncé mystery—arguably the biggest since the world was desperate to know who Becky with the good hair was—has been reportedly solved.
Actress Sanaa Lathan has been confirmed as the Beyoncé biter, per multiple sources. TMZ first reported that Lathan was responsible for the teeth action on Tuesday, but further confirmation has been released from Page Six.
In December, Beyoncé was apparently bit by a previously unknown actress at a party. This revelation came to light after actress Tiffany Haddish told GQ’s Caity Weaver the anecdote in an interview: “There was this actress there,” said Haddish in the interview, “that’s just, like, doing the mostest... She bit Beyoncé in the face.” Haddish also said she approached Beyoncé about subsequently fighting this mystery woman on Bey’s behalf, which Beyoncé quickly shut down.
“[Beyoncé] was like, ‘Tiffany, no. Don’t do that... She’s not even drunk… Just chill,” said Haddish.
Haddish has declined to reveal who the biter was, but this is the internet age and sleuths are all around us. Sanaa Lathan’s name came up in many lists generated byvarious publications desperate to find out who would dare bite Queen B. Despite previously denying the reports, it seems like Lathan was the culprit after all.
