Michael B. Jordan is officially adulting. On The Ellen Show, the 30-year-old actor told Degeneres he "love[s] ironing" and even called it "therapeutic." However, Jordan also revealed he's living with his parents, a situation he plans to change "immediately."

"I love my parents but we have a roommate relationship right now, which is interesting," he said. "You get home-cooked meals but then you also have random trips to the kitchen in the middle of the night," which can get a bit awkward. Jordan shared the "random run-ins" are "a little uncomfortable from time-to-time," like him being half-naked and running into his mom or dad.

Luckily, he's had a busy year that's made him travel the world to film and promote his work, meaning less awkward run-ins. After the Creed press tour, he signed up to play Black Panther villain Erik Killmonger. Next up, he's scheduled to start filming Creed 2 in April. That means Jordan has to stay in killer shape.

On Ellen, he revealed his regime, which includes drinking tons of water, eating clean, working out two to three times a day and grabbing six meals every day as well. "Do you know how often you have to use the bathroom?" he hilariously asked. "It's hard to go out to a club or a party when you're like, 'Oh, meal prep.'" He even said that he was heading to the gym right after leaving her show.
