The 'Goodfellas' actor had a very Scorsese approach to getting justice for his daughter.

It’s fair to say that Harvey Weinstein has made a lot of enemies as numerous sexual misconduct allegations against him have surfaced in the past few months.

Oscar-winning actress and U.N. Goodwill Ambassador Mira Sorvino spoke out against the mega producer, who she alleges made unwanted sexual advances and then held her career hostage after she denied those advances. In a New Yorker article from this past October, Mira recalled that Weinstein became “physical, sort of chasing me around,” while in her hotel room back in 1995. Mira was attending the Toronto International Film Festival to promote the film Mighty Aphrodite.

Mira is also the daughter of Goodfellas actor, Paul Sorvino, who recently told TMZ,“I will kill that motherfuker.” That motherfucker, of course, is Harvey Weinstein.

Mr. Sorvino was leaving a Bristol Farms supermarket in West Hollywood Tuesday night, when TMZ approached him for comment on Mira’s allegations. Ever the Goodfella, Paul didn’t pull any punches when it came to the way he feels about Weinstein and what should happen to him.

“If I meet him on the street, he oughta hope he goes to jail. Because if we come across, I think he'll be lying on the floor," he said. Sorvino seems pretty certain that the “son of a bitch” will be facing some sort of jail time, but he denies knowing anything about “the extent” of the allegations prior to the scandal being made public. Sorvino said he was “absolutely furious” when he heard about what his daughter had gone through. He also called his daughter Mira “courageous and a wonderful human being.”
