Will & Grace star Debra Messing got messy during her red carpet interview with E!, calling out the network over former host Catt Sadler's departure over a gender pay gap. "I was so shocked to hear that E! doesn’t believe in paying their female co-hosts the same as their male co-hosts," Messing told Giuliana Rancic. "I miss Catt Sadler. So we stand with her. That’s something that can change tomorrow, you know. We want people to start having this conversation that women are just as valuable as men."

Back in December, Sadler revealed on her website that she was leaving E! News amid a "massive disparity in pay between my similarly situated male co-host and myself." After Messing's remarks made the rounds, people applauded Messing for dragging E! on their own network for the way they handled Catt's situation.

.@DebraMessing calling out what E! did to @IAmCattSadler ON E! is bold and beautiful and exactly what this #GoldenGlobes is about.
