Insufferable moron Gene Simmons is being sued for sexual assault.

According to the San Bernardino Sun, a radio and television broadcaster—identified as “Jane Doe”—has accused the KISS bassist of acting inappropriately during an on-camera interview at an opening of his Rock & Brews restaurant last month. The woman claims Simmons reached over, grabbed her hand, and then “forcefully placed it on his knee and held it on his knee.” According to legal documents, obtained by the Sun, the woman said she felt uncomfortable by his action, but carried on with the interview.

Simmons allegedly went on to mention the softness of the woman’s skin, before flicking her in the throat for some unexplained reason. After the interview, Simmons and the plaintiff posed for a group photo. The woman said that it was at this time when the 68-year-old grabbed her butt.

“My client is embarrassed and humiliated by the incident with Mr. Simmons,” the woman’s attorney, Willie W. Williams, told the Sun. “She filed suit because she wanted to make a strong statement that this behavior is unacceptable and she wants to see an end to this type of behavior.”

Simmons’ camp has not responded to the allegations.

News of the lawsuit arrives one month after Simmons was reportedly banned from Fox News for acting like a creepy jerk. The Daily Beast reports Simmons was at the network for a couple of appearances when he decided to bust into a staff meeting and shout, “Hey chicks, sue me!” before revealing his “belly and chest.” He then reportedly made pedophile jokes about Michael Jackson and used his book to bop the heads of a couple of employees. This bizarre incident led the network to ban him for life.

Simmons responded to the reports shortly after.

“I have appeared frequently over the years on various Fox News and Fox Business programs and have a tremendous amount of respect for the talented women and men who work there,” he said in a statement. “While I believe that what is being reported is highly exaggerated and misleading, I am sincerely sorry that I unintentionally offended members of the Fox team during my visit.”
