Sylvester Stallone and his now-deceased bodyguard were accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl in Nevada more than 30 years ago.

According to a newly surfaced police report obtained by the Daily Mail, Stallone and Michael de Luca “intimidated” the teenager into having sex with them at the former Las Vegas Hilton Hotel on July 26, 1986. Stallone, who was 40 at the time, was in the city filming Over the Top when he was introduced to the unnamed teen at the hotel.

The action star learned the girl’s age after he had given her an autograph. He allegedly asked her “how she got such a build” before saying “he would give her a kiss at a later date, that she would not forget.”

The day after the encounter, de Luca gave the girl a key to Stallone’s hotel room, where she willingly had sex with him while de Luca—then 27 years old—stayed in the bathroom. (The age of consent in Nevada is 16.)

The teen told police Stallone then invited de Luca to join them, which made her “very uncomfortable.” According to the report, the girl said she did not want to have sexual contact with the bodyguard, but felt like she had no choice. De Luca, who was fatally shot by police in 2013, then proceeded to have sex with the teen without her consent; Stallone later forced her to perform oral sex on him.”

“She states there was no actual physical force, but she did feel intimidated,” the police report read.

The teen told authorities Stallone threatened to “beat her head in” if she reported the incident to anyone. A friend of the victim notified a hotel employee about the incident. The employee then called the police.

When authorities asked if she wanted to pursue charges, the teen declined.

“I'm humiliated and ashamed, but I don't want to prosecute,” she said, according to the report. “I'm kind of scared and I'm very ashamed. I don't want anybody else to have that happen to them, but I don't want to prosecute. I cannot talk about this anymore, please leave me alone.”

The report was filed one year before Stallone’s half-sister Toni-Ann Filiti accused the actor of rape. Stallone has denied the allegations.

Shortly after the Daily Mail's report, Stallone's team told TMZ the incident “never happened.”

“This is a ridiculous, categorically false story,” Stallone's spokeswoman Michelle Bega told the site. “No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.”
