Shia LaBeouf will indeed see repercussions after his July arrest in Georgia after a shocking series of videos showed him drunk and acting in a totally disrespectful way towards police officers and the people around him in general. According to ET, LaBeouf already pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and he has been now found guilty of obstruction. He was not found guilty of public drunkenness. He will pay a $1,000 fine, will be placed on 12 months probation and ordered to attend anger management counseling. Finally, he will have to complete a drug and alcohol evaluation within 30 days.

Back in July, a very drunk LaBeouf was arrested in Savannah, Georgia after becoming belligerent and disorderly after being failing to bum a cigarette off a random person and police officer. LaBeouf then got somewhat aggressive with the officer and was arrested. In the inevitable videos that surfaced in the days after, the full ugliness of LaBeouf’s behavior came into focus. His rants at the officers who arrested him, and later at the police station, were racist.

"You got a president that don't give a shit about you, and you're stuck in a police force that don't give a fuck about you, so you want to arrest white people who give a fuck, who ask for cigarettes?" LaBeouf yelled at one of the officers in one video. In another video taken at the police station, LaBeouf made comments that were even worse. “When you go home to your wife, what do you tell her at night? You know she watches porn [with black men]… don’t you feel fucked up, being white, about that?” he slurred.

After the videos went public, LaBeouf issued a public apology via Twitter. I have been struggling with addiction publicly for far too long, and I am actively taking steps toward securing my sobriety and hope I can be forgiven for my mistakes,” he wrote.

This isn’t the first time LaBeouf has been in trouble with the law over despicable behavior. He was hit with a whopping $5 million dollar lawsuit after fighting with a bowling alley bartender who refused to serve him because he was already too drunk. LaBeouf ultimately called the bartender a “fucking racist bitch.” LaBeouf’s lawyer, Doug Andrews, maintains the actor is not an alcoholic.
