And now for yet another Kardashian story that involves drama, lawyers, and lawsuits. But wait! There's a twist! The Kardashian isn’t the one being sued this time. Hooray, I guess?

Kendall Jenner’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, convinced a California judge Wednesday night to grant Jenner a permanent restraining order against Thomas Hummel, a “fan” who has been writing obsessively since February. Although the correspondence start off innocently enough, mostly involving love letters describing Hummel’s admiration for the celebrity, according to TMZ, it started to turn obsessive. After Kendall’s security team warned Hummel to stop with the letters, things took a turn for the worse. Hummel’s letters continued, except this time they weren’t love letters, and the sour and offensive messages were enough to frighten Jenner and/or her security detail.

Documents acquired by TMZ show that Hummel called Kendall "an internet whore, cackling your way through life,” adding that "You look like you've been fucking AHOLE Dog Shit in the sewer for years," whatever that means. He claims that Kris Jenner paid ASAP Rocky—whom he calls “AHOLE Rockhead”—to sleep with Kendall. (Jealousy isn’t a good look, man.) Hummel also claims he fell in love with Kendall when he saw her in a Costco in 1998 (when Kendall was three years old) and again at the post office in 2008 (when she was 13).

The restraining order dictates that Hummel must stay at least 100 yards away from Jenner at all times and prohibits him from attempting to contact her in any way for the next three years. Hummel is also not allowed to own any guns during these three years.
