He may haven't met them yet, but Michael Bublé isn't making his new neighbours feel good. The Canadian singer is getting a new 27,000 sq. ft. mansion in his hometown of Burnaby, British Columbia. The monolithic residence is currently under construction, and naturally, it's become a big operation for a rather quiet neighbourhood. Residents in the area are beginning to complain about noise pollution, and the size of the 8 ft. fence being raised around Bublé's 2.3 acre lot. According to local building permits, the fence would also exceed the allowed height.

God only knows how long the home's construction will last, but we're sure Bublé wants fans to believe in him. The BC native consistently shows love to the city, donating to multiple charities, including the Burnaby Hospital and Make A Wish Foundation. When completed, the house will sit across the street from the 41-year-old crooner's old elementary school. The mansion itself is rumoured to have a pool and an ice rink for the famous hockey fan.

Michael Bublé currently resides in west Vancouver with his wife and children, and likely doesn't wanna be around to hear people complain about the masnion. Hopefully the neighbours can just close their eyes, and learn to love the star. If not, they can download his Christmas album, which is so GOAT that we're sure they'll quit complaining.
