For the second time in less than two weeks, Katt Williams finds himself back in trouble with police. The comedian was arrested Tuesday and charged with aggravated assault, making terroristic threats, false imprisonment and other drug and weapons offenses.

According to CBS46, he and a few companions reportedly held his bodyguard Corey Dixon captive for not engaging in criminal activity on Feb. 28 like he was told. Authorities say Dixon was beaten with a bat and choked by his co-conspirator, 24-year-old Tatiana Smith. Police also obtained a search warrant and found marijuana and guns in Williams’ home, where he was arrested. A woman by the name of Lena Smith was also charged but appears to have not taken part in the assault.

This caps off an eventful week for Williams, who was recently jumped during a Beanie Sigel concert in Philadelphia. The musician has since pledged not to play anymore shows in the city. Williams also stands accused of holding five women hostage by gunpoint and taking their phones.

On Feb. 29, he was arrested for allegedly assaulting a pool store employee. Reports say police found him "lying on the ground with his hands behind his back as though he was ready to go to jail." According to his attorney, a racial comment set him off during the heated encounter. He currently remains in jail without bond in connection to that second arrest.
