As every single person on this planet is certainly aware, Kanye West finally unveiled his long-in-progress The Life of Pablo at Madison Square Garden on Thursday while simultaneously debuting his Yeezy Season 3 collection. The event, broadcast to theaters across the country and livestreamed (buffering included) on Tidal, also marked fans' first peek at a video game depicting Kanye's late mother arriving at the gates of Heaven.

However, as your TL can likely confirm, a lot of post-Pablo chatter is now centered on a line from the Swizz Beatz-assisted "Famous" in which Kanye appears to reignite that whole Taylor Swift thing by suggesting they "might still have sex" because he "made that bitch famous." Orange Is the New Black star Ruby Rose, who also enjoys a multi-hyphenated career as a DJ and model, took to Twitter shortly after Pablo's premiere to reveal that the line was enough to inspire her to no longer support Kanye's art:

As reported by TMZ late Thursday evening, Kanye reportedly called Taylor in January to clear the lyric before it hit the general public. According to their sources, Taylor "got the joke" and gave Kanye the go-ahead. In a series of tweets early Friday morning, Kanye claimed he did indeed get Taylor's approval, adding that the two had an "hour long convo" and that some of it was actually Taylor's idea.
