The militiamen who took over an empty federal building in Burns, Oregon and later the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge have earned the wrath of Twitter. For that we are glad.
After two ranchers were arrested for arson, a group of gunmen—including family members of Cliven Bundy—decided to protest the federal government. The scariest part? They aren't opposed to violence if the situation escalates.
The Twitter world, however, doesn't seem to take these gunmen too seriously and have now gotten things like #YaQaeda, #VanillaISIS, and even #YokelHaram trending to show just how pathetic they think they are. Read some of the tweets in response to the gunmen below.
