Traditionally Californian burger joint In-N-Out Burger is opening another pop-up store in Sydney today. The restaurant is well-known for its “animal style” burgers and fries, and has even been endorsed by notoriously pissed off chef Gordon Ramsey, who took the time away from spewing expletives to say that the burgers were “extraordinary”.

Having already previously hit Barrio Chino, Parramatta’s Mixology Lounge and Love, Tilly Devine, the American chain will be serving at Dead Ringer restaurant and bar in Surry Hills for four hours, from midday to 4pm today.

Interestingly, the restaurant has no plans to open a permanent residence in Australia, with a spokesperson saying that the pop-ups are simply a way of raising awareness for the brand for when Aussies visit the U.S.

The previous In-N-Out pop-ups attracted hundreds, so you’ll need to make sure you’re in the mood for some serious queuing action in over thirty degree heat if you plan to get down and try some today.
