With Marvel and DC Comics bringing the heat with trailers for Captain America: Civil War and Batman v Superman, Fox had to come correct with the official X-Men: Apocalypse trailer.
The new clips for the film, which drops on Memorial Day 2016, give us a deeper glimpse at the cinematic take on Apocalypse, who in Marvel Comics lore is deemed to be the very FIRST mutant. Based on a vision from Jean Grey, Charles Xavier is back with his squad, trying to figure out how to take down Apocalypse–who many might see as a god–and his Four Horsemen, who are seemingly hell bent on total destruction...especially with Magneto on their side.
We even get to see the first glimpse of the full power of Apocalypse, which should be a treat on the big screen. Check out the full trailer up above.
