Last we heard of Robert Durst he was reportedly planning on pleading guilty to a weapons charge and marijuana possession. Recently Durst was being sued by the family of Kathleen McCormack, his estranged wife who disappeared over 30 years ago, for a whopping $100 million. The McCormack family suspects Durst murdered Kathleen. McCormack is just one of the three people Durst is believed to have murdered, as profiled in HBO's The Jinx which led to the reopening of a case for which Durst has been charged by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. Durst is now set to be extradited to Los Angeles.

Per Tuesday's LA County Superior Court filing The Wrap reports Durst has agreed to the extradition from New Orleans to Los Angeles on Tuesday. This means Durst agrees to return to L.A. on Aug.18, 2016 or before then. In New Orleans Durst was arrested and charged with the first-degree murder of his friend Susan Berman right before the The Jinx finished airing. He has remained there since.

Berman was found shot dead in her California home on Christmas eve in 2000 right before police questioned her for the McCormack case.
