Just in case you don't think rich people have it easy, a millionaire was just acquitted of rape charges after arguing that he may have accidentally penetrated an 18-year-old girl after slipping and falling onto her in the dark.
Ehsan Abdulaziz, a property developer, was out partying in London when he met two young women. He invited them back to his place and proceeded to have sex with one of them while the other slept on the couch.
According to the Mirror, Ehsan Abdulaziz alleges that his penis may have been poking out of his underwear when he accidentally fell over the young woman on his couch. His DNA was found in her vagina. Abdulaziz also claims he had approached her in the case she wanted a t-shirt or a cab ride home. What a guy!
At court Abdulaziz stated that the woman had put her hand behind his head, pulling her towards him. It's what made him fall down. "I'm fragile, I fell down but nothing ever happened between me and this girl nothing ever happened," he told the court.
For some reason "I'm fragile" works well in the UK because after 30 minutes of deliberating, the jury acquitted Abdulaziz.
