Jessica Biel wants women everywhere to know their bodies better, so she has announced her plans of coming out with a series of sex education videos to discuss it all, from puberty to contraception methods.

After giving birth to her first child with Justin Timberlake in April 2015, Biel told Glamour that during the process: "I realized I really didn’t know what’s going on inside my own body.” At 31, while trying to conceive with her husband, she came to realize that she wasn't as aware of what was going on with her body as she would have liked to be and considered that it was an issue other women might be experiencing as well.

The series of sex education videos will be made in collaboration with Saundra Pelletier, who is the founder of the non-profit WomanCare Global

The new project will be a continuation of Biel's ongoing international work dealing with women and their bodies. In recent years, the actress has also developed Project Dignity, which donates reusable menstrual cups to women in various international nations.

“We want girls to know what their [body is going through] so they don’t feel scared or ashamed or gross,” said Biel.
