After Business Insider wrote about the staffer's history of making poorly thought out, borderline racist posts on Facebook, Sam Nunberg has been fired from Donald Trump's presidential campaign.

Nunberg first made headlines in 2014 when he encouraged Trump to go forward with a BuzzFeed profile (which painted the real estate tycoon as a phony with no real chances of winning any political campaign). Nunberg was fired for making that call. He was hired again to work on Trump's presidential run, but as Business Insider revealed, the staffer has made a slew of other poor choices on the Internet, like referring to Reverend Al Sharpton's daughter as a "N---!" on Facebook.

His posts go back as far as 2007. Business Insider reached out to Nunberg for their article about his history of provocative Facebook posts. He denied ever writing them. "I'm shocked and I don't recall them," he said.

In an interview with CNN, he continued to dig himself in a hole. From BI:

None

A spokesperson for Trump's campaign told Business Insider that Nunberg was a "part-time, low-level" staffer.

Nunberg has also referred to President Obama as a "Muslim," Chris Christie as a "fat slob," and Mike Huckabee as "Huckahick" on his Facebook page. At the time of this writing, said posts had been taken down.
