When you’re a band as on-the-rise as the TonTons are, you spend a lot of your time on the road. And when you’re traveling that much, frequently to far off locations, you find yourself looking for a place to call home—even if it’s just for a little while.

Luckily for the band, Los Angeles seems to be that place. Like their hometown of Houston, L.A. is a place “where every area is defined by something different,” according to the band’s vocalist, Asli Omar. Recently, the group got to tour a lot of those L.A. areas in the all-new Honda HR-V Crossover. Their adventures took them everywhere from vintage clothing stores to record shops, with all the space and comfort that the HR-V affords. Their day trip culminated with the group loading into HVW8 Gallery in Hollywood to perform a pop-up show for fans. Not a bad day in L.A., all in all.
