This week Vulture dropped a very quotable interview with Quentin Tarantino, in which the acclaimed director of the upcoming The Hateful Eight took shots at several films, most entertainingly pairing a Jay Z song with The Matrix Reloaded. Of the movies he mentioned, he shouted out this year's popular indie horror It Follows as one of his favorites but had some notes about its shaky mythology.

What did you like about it?

Today It Follows David Robert Mitchell director responded, saying he had a few notes for Tarantino, too:

Hey QT, why don't we get together over a beer and talk about these notes. I have a few of my own for you.

This isn't, like, REAL beef, more of a cute clap-back "I see you too," in which a relatively new filmmaker tries to boss up on a legend. Anyway, I'm very here for this potential future beer, please send us a selfie when this happens.

Also, I can't be the only one who read that tweet to the tune of "Hey QT" right? "Yeah?" I imagine Tarantino responding, cutely, before the two bro it out over pints, flexing and taking shots at each other until they decide to put their powers to good use and collab. That's the scenario in my head, anyway.
