A video entitled "The son of one of the Mujahideen Part II," which appears to depict a small toddler beheading a teddy bear with a six-inch blade in front of an ISIS flag, was posted to YouTube on Friday and shared on Twitter by a self-described "Islamic Supremacist, Radical and Fundamentalist."

The toddler first enters the frame with an unsettling sense of excitement while dangerously wielding the blade, then heads straight for the teddy bear. The young child appears to be taking commands from someone off camera, though the specifics of that command are uncertain.

Sadly, this example is far from the first of its kind, as reports of ISIS employing baffling recruitment tactics for young children have been relatively frequent over the past few years. In July, a child reportedly "no older than 10" was filmed supposedly beheading a Syrian army officer.
