North Miami high school principal Alberto Iber has been removed from his position by the school board after people became upset over his comments posted to a Miami Herald online story about an officer in Texas who pushed a black teen to the ground at a public pool.
The Miami New Times reports that Alberto Iber was removed from his job a day after posting this:
A blog, which claims to be the work of anonymous students at the high school (but could just as easily be by a pissed off coworker or enemy) later posted this image:

“I regret that I posted the comment, as it apparently upset people and became newsworthy. It was not my intent,” Iber said in a statement.
Iber is technically still employed by the school district, but will be reassigned.
The officer, who was caught on video throwing a 15-year-old girl to the ground by her hair, has since resigned.
