Tracy Morgan and Walmart have reached a settlement in the lawsuit relating to the serious car accident last summer, NBC News reports. The collision between Morgan's limo and a Walmart semi killed comedian James McNair and left Morgan and two other friends seriously injured. Those friends were also included in the settlement.

As part of the agreement, terms and conditions of the settlement are to remain confidential. Earlier this year the family of McNair reportedly received a $10 million settlement from the retail corporation. Morgan's suit alleged the truck driver, Kevin Roper, had been awake fore more than 24 hours prior to falling asleep and causing the crash. A lawyer for Morgan said the comedian may never be the same because of a traumatic brain injury.

"Our thoughts continue to go out to everyone that was involved in the accident," Walmart U.S. president and CEO Greg Foran said in a statement. "While we know there is nothing that can change what happened, Walmart has been committed to doing what's right to help ensure the well-being of all of those who were impacted by the accident. We worked closely with Mr. Morelli, and we are pleased to have reached an amicable settlement that ends this litigation. We are deeply sorry that one of our trucks was involved."

Morgan's agent declined to comment further on the settlement.
