The Internet is full of casually thrown together mashups that prove combining two great things isn't always equal than the sum of their parts. But every once and a while you see the rare perfectly executed amalgamation. And that's exactly what we have here with this piece of art called Mario Kart: Fury Road.
A visual effects artist named Kris Sundberg took the Mad Max: Fury Road trailer and inserted animations and sound effects from the beloved Mario Kart series. We're talking flying shells, item boxes, rainbow roads, and more craftily animated into an already stellar trailer. If this were an actual game it would be better than almost every other video game tied into a film.
