Technological breakthroughs continue to make life easier for some, while just making it more aesthetically pleasing for others. The latest tech advancement falls into the latter category. LG Display presented a TV almost as thin as wallpaper, at a Seoul, South Korea event.

The TV, guaranteed to make your flatscreen TV look like a gigantic clunky monstrosity, is less than a millimeter thick (that’s your average credit card) is 55 inches wide and weighs a little over 4 pounds. It attaches to a wall with magnets and peels off “like a sticker.”

How’s this possible? Well here’s the nuts and bolts of it all. Organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) allow the TV to be thin. Whereas LCD TVs need backlights, filters, and tiny shutters to create pixels, OLEDs compress all those into one layer.

OLED display has allowed for thin phones, but OLED TVs are more scarce since it’s difficult and too expensive to make large quantities of them.

Yonhap News reports LG Display is reportedly working on the manufacturing issue. Until then, start saving up ‘cause you know you want to flex.
