"Is this a old-fashioned phone?" asks the child, like a Terminator sent back in time to kill John Connor staring at a phonograph.
This kid, who I guess has never seen a payphone before, and also (unless he's really bad at figuring things out) never seen any kind of landline phone before, is utterly confused.
But perhaps the real question raised by this video isn't whether or not its important for us to maintain a connection to the defunct technologies that played a vital role in shaping our world. The real question, is where the hell did these people find a payphone?
