'My Idol' is the Chinese App Currently Haunting, Disfiguring the Internets

Do you like the internet? Sure you do, and if you've been on Tumblr, Instagram, Twitter, or whichever social media platform people are using to make more money than me, you've undoubtedly seen My Idol. My Idol is a Chinese app that will turn you or anyone else you'd care to upload into a singing/dancing crime against god. My Idol has exploded on the app store despite the entire interface being in Chinese. It takes some trial and error, but that hasn't stopped the internet from being, ya know, the internet. Language barrier notwithstanding, My Idol has already been embraced and will more than likely burn white hot before being completely forgotten by the middle of next week. Naturally, you can change everything from hair to clothes to music to what action you can make your avatar get into. There are millions of combinations and unless you're fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, there's going to be a lot of experimentation.
