Wonder Woman's road to the screen has been filled with road bumps, with a failed TV show and Joss Whedon's attempt to make a film on the heroine. The Wonder Woman curse strikes again as the upcoming Wonder Woman film, starring Gal Gadot, has lost its director Michelle MacLaren.  

The news came today in a statement released by Warner Bros:

“Given creative differences, Warner Bros. and Michelle MacLaren have decided not to move forward with plans to develop and direct ‘Wonder Woman’ together.”
